Description
Creamy, high-protein cottage cheese ice cream made with just a blender—no churner required. Low sugar and totally customizable!
Ingredients
1 ½ cups full-fat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
1 ripe banana (or ½ cup frozen berries)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: 2 tablespoons peanut butter or cocoa powder
Instructions
1. Add cottage cheese, banana, sweetener, and vanilla to a blender.

2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

3. Optional: Add peanut butter, cocoa, or other flavorings and pulse to combine.
4. Transfer mixture to a shallow container.
5. Smooth the top and cover with parchment or plastic wrap.
6. Freeze for 3–4 hours or until firm.
7. Let sit at room temp 5–10 mins before scooping.
Notes
For best texture, use full-fat cottage cheese. Customize with fruit, nut butters, or cocoa.
Store in freezer for up to 2 weeks in a sealed container.
